As Head of engineering at Hunter, I helped my crew ship things that work, scale without drama, and make sense to the people using them.
I never stopped coding, but what I really care about is creating an environment where good ideas (and the people behind them) can thrive.
Like in trail running, I care less about raw speed and more about steady progress you can measure. Go steady, go far is my mantra.
